After a one year hiatus, due to the pandemic, The Bibb Sheriff’s Office’s annual holiday event, Santa in the Park, returned on Saturday, December 18th, 2021.
Special funding request! Right now, Book ‘Em, a Macon/Bibb County based non-profit that puts new and gently-used books in the homes of at-risk children, have no funds to purchase bikes for children/youth to be given away during this Saturday’s Santa in the Park event.

June has been a busy month for Book ‘Em. We delivered 100 books to The Mentor’s Project of Bibb County so that the 50 students taking part in their summer program could select two books to keep.
